Assuming your 3.0 C7 is a quattro and not the front wheel drive version with either the manual or multitronic gerabox then you would need to replace not just the engine but also the gearbox as the BiTDi needs to 8 Speed Tiptronic box rather than the 7 Speed S-Tronic box. as it exceeds the torgue limits of the 7 speed box.
