My 2006 Range Rover Vogue SE has a fault, when I am driving along towing my car trailer with my TVR Race car on the back, after 10 to 15 miles a warning light and bleep comes on, it says there is a HDC fault and then the suspension lowers it's self down. I stop turn things off and it resets it's self and then it happens again 10 to 15 miles later.

Suspension Fault, need avise on what to check. So I have a 2008 Range Rover sport, super charged. The compressor is in front of the left rear tire. After you start the vehicle, the compressor starts after maybe 5 seconds, and it runs for about 15 seconds and then the compressor shits off - followed by "suspension fault" warning on the dash. The How Does Air Suspension Work in Land Rover Discovery 2? In a Land Rover Discovery 2, the air suspension works by adjusting the ride height of the vehicle based on the terrain and driving conditions. The ECU (Engine Control Unit) controls the air compressor, which inflates or deflates the air bags located at the front, rear, and sides of the

Piece of to do. Remove the bottom cover, unbolt the compressor from the chassis. Once lowered, you can see the drier, held on with a single screw, remove screw and twist anti clockwise, then pull off. It can be tight/stuck on the o-ring, but persevere, and spray with something slippy, to help it off.

SYMPTOM: System detects extended mode unnecessarily when lowering. POSSIBLE CAUSES: Crossed gallery and air spring pipes. Incorrect valve block installed to front or rear. Damage or blockage in air harness. ACTION: Refer to the guided diagnostic routine on the approved diagnostic system.

The self levelling suspension wakes up every so often and lowers the car to the lowest corner. One user reported "The front valve block was leaking air back into the system gallery which supplies air from the compressor and one of the front airbags had a small leak at the top. ".

2005 LR3 Suspension Fault. Recently we had a crazy snowstorm, and i had only gone about 2 days without driving my car, after I actually had just completed a 2hr drive the day before. After that 2hr drive I noticed that the compressor was still making a noise even though the car was off. I just turned the car back on and off and everything was fine. YuUX.
