Good players won't be fooled by Kasparov's name. Ignorants will. If you go in "hanging pawns" youtube channel you will find more than 200 hours videos , they are free and well explained and they do much better and much more complete job than Kasparov's masterclass.

Without having looked on the Kasparov master classes: No. The reason being that a coach will/should tailor the experience for you, while the other is a video intended for a wide range of players. That's not to say it isn't good - I don't know - but a coach should be better than videos this.
